Porsche Holding Salzburg's financing services are an exclusive partnership with Volkswagen Group. This partnership does not require Volkswagen Group Italia to make changes to its financing policies or processes.

Acquisition and Expansion

Auto Carrera Bz Srl, a private automotive retailer, will become part of Porsche Holding's subsidiary, Eurocar Italia. This acquisition will strengthen Volkswagen Group's presence in Italy.

Addition to Network

From April 2021, Rinaldi SpA, a private automotive retail group with four locations, will join the Volkswagen Group network. This expansion adds significant dealership capacity and expertise to the Volkswagen Group's distribution channel in Italy.
